01 What’s your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

Normally our MOQ of standing desk is 50pcs, standing desk converter is 50 sets, monitor mount is 100 sets. But we know all business grow from small, we are supporting for trial orders with less than MOQ when needed.

 

02 What about the lead time ?

Technically, our production lead time is about 25-30 days, and 35-45days when production line is busy. If there is any emergency, we could help to coordinate the schedule.

 

03 What’s warranty ?

For electric standing desk, we offer 5 years for both the frame and the motor.

For pneumatic standing desk, we offer 5 years for both the frame and gas lift components.

For monitor mount, we offer 1 year, but it can be extended with our VIP customers.

 

04 Do you sell frames only or along with desktops ?

Normally we just sell desk frames to our customers, and they will purchased desktop locally according to their projects. But we also have solid resources for desktop if needed.

 

05 What’s the transportation options for shipping my goods?

We will arrange Express for the sample order like UPS / FedEx / DHL / TNT. For bulk orders, we will ship by sea
