Raw material inspection
Raw material is the basic part for making good products.
The raw material is full inspected by our quality checking team to make sure it meets technical standards.
Preparation Procedure
In this part, the production manager will work out a production plan for all orders.
All necessary parts are collected and dispatched to each production accordingly.
Logo printing
Print a unique logo Identification on each base or arm for the monitor arm
Assembling
When all parts are complete, it begins to assembly. From the gas spring to the arm.
Inspection
No matter it is on process quality inspection or it is finished product quality inspection is all required.
We will check all parts, including gas spring, head, base and clamp.
Full Assembly Test
During the full assembly test, we will pick up partial parts to make it assembly. Each fully assembly monitor arm will be tested one by one to ensure it works well under our pre-set conditions.
Packaging and Loading
We will disassemble the arm and clamp to package them so that a container can load more quantities at one time. We use 2 layers of cardboard boxes to protect the monitor arm from damage.
Shipping
At this part, we will deal with all necessary customs clearance in nearby port. Meanwhile we will keep you informed when the vessel arrives at the destination port in advance.

FAQs
Normally our MOQ of standing desk is 50 sets, standing desk converter is 50 sets, monitor arm is 100 sets. But we know all business grow from small, we are supporting for trial orders with less than MOQ when needed.
For electric standing desk, we offer 5 years for both the frame and the motor.
For pneumatic standing desk, we offer 5 years for both the frame and gas lift components.
For monitor arm, we offer 1 year, but it can be extended with our VIP customers.
Normally we just sell desk frames to our customers, and they will purchased desktop locally according to their projects. But we also have solid resources for desktop if needed.
Technically, our production lead time is about 25-30 days, and 35-45days when production line is busy. If there is any emergency, we could help to coordinate the schedule.
