Prepare all needed parts for the production of all orders and dispatch them to each production line.

Logo printing

Print a unique logo Identification on each control box for the height adjustable desk.

Assembling

When all part are ready, it begins to assembly. From the motor to the frame, then the control panel is connected to all the related electric parts and other accessories.

Inspection

No matter it is on process quality inspection or it is finished product quality inspection is all required.
We will check all parts, including motor, linear actuator, control box, control panel and frame.

Full assembly Test

We will select partial parts to make it assembly. Each fully assembly height adjustable desk will be tested one by one to make sure it works well under our pre-set conditions.

Packaging and Loading

We try to maximize the space to place all parts in order. We use 3 layers of cardboard boxes to protect the height adjustable desks from damage.

Shipping

At this part, we will handle all necessary customs clearance in nearby port. Meanwhile we will keep notice if the vessel arrives at the destination port in advance.
